What Is Talk Down?
- Talk Down is a live voice warning delivered through a loudspeaker mounted on the TitanWatch Security Tower. When AI cameras detect an intruder, a trained agent at our Denver, Colorado monitoring center speaks to the intruder in real time. The agent typically identifies the intruder by clothing or vehicle, states that they are on private property, warns that they are being recorded, and informs them that police have been notified.

How TitanWatch Talk Down Works
Every TitanWatch Security Tower includes AI cameras and a high-output speaker on the mast. When the AI detects motion inside a protected zone, an alert is sent to our 24/7 monitoring center. A live agent — a real person, not a recorded message — reviews the video within seconds.
If the agent determines the person or vehicle is not authorized, the agent activates Talk Down. The agent’s voice plays through the tower speaker at high volume, clearly audible across a typical construction site or lot. The agent can address the intruder directly, describe what the intruder is wearing, and warn them by name if visible. Most intruders leave immediately. For active theft or refusal to leave, the agent dispatches the local police or sheriff with video evidence attached to the report.
